Sammi.K Services
Support coordination serves as a capacity-building aid, assisting you in: understanding and utilising your NDIS plan to achieve your objectives; connecting you with disability supports, allied health providers and community services.
To utilise this service, you must have Capacity Building Level 2- Support Coordination in your NDIS plan.
Sammi.K is a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), with extensive lifelong experience within the Deaf community. Interpreting in Auslan can be provided either in person or via remote methods such as Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) using platforms like Zoom, IMO or FaceTime.
A Home Care Package is a package of services provided by the Australian Government that supports older Australians to live safely and independently in their own home.
Sammi K Support Services has partnered with Trilogy Care to offer a seamless and professional experience as you navigate the often-confusing journey of applying for and using your Home Care Package funding.
